This event was changed to this October date from the original September date that was previously posted due to more interest in attendance on a Saturday. If you purchased a ticket for the September 24 date and cannot attend on October 25th, we will gladly refund you ticket with our apologies.
Mrs. Mahjong of Beaufort has graciously agreed to teach a Saturday Mahjong 101 Class at Village Social of Habersham on Saturday, October 25th at 4:30 pm if we have a minimum of 8 students. The 101 class covers the history of the game and beginner’s basics. To become self-proficient at Mahjong, it is recommended that you also attend a Mahjong 102 class soon after completing 101. This date for102 class is still to be determined, but will scheduled before the holidays.
If interested Mahjong 101, please purchase your tickets to attend immediately so we can confirm the class booking asap. (If we do not have a minimum of 8 students sign up, your ticket purchase will be refunded. ) The session is 2 1/2 hours long and we will be serving light refreshments. Space is limited to 12 students per class. It is going to be super-fun so hurry and sign up to learn the game that has become all the rage in the hippest of social circles!
