Village Social will be hosting a Witch Hat Decorating Event on Wednesday, October 1st. All supplies, embellishments, and standard black witch hats will be provided (or you are welcome to bring your own. ) Come with friends and have fun expressing your personal style as you add, ribbons, florals, netting, and other spooky details to your own festive fashion creation.
